Halloween is here, this weekend is full of events that will have you wearing your costume all weekend long. Below are a list of  FREE family friendly events in San Diego County.

Fun Fall Festival- North Park

This will be a family friendly event which includes a bounce house, games, prizes and food.

Halloween Trick or Treat- Old Town

Looking for a safe place to take kiddos out for trick or treating? Stores in Old town will be extending their shopping hours and have holiday treats and activities.

San Diego County Parks Trick-or-Treat

You don’t have to go far to have a fun and safe trick or treat night out with the kids. The following county parks will be having festivals on Saturday Oct 31st including music, treats, games, and prizes! Check them out and support our local county parks!

Fallbrook Community Center

Lakeside Community Center

Old Town Day of the Dead Festival

Visit our beautiful historic Old Town for a three day celebration of Dia de los Muertos. This is a big annual event that brings people from all over the county to visit Old Town. Parking may be tough therefore try using the trolley to avoid the parking hassle.

When:Saturday Oct. 31 from 10am-8pm
Sunday & Monday Nov. 1st & 2nd from 10am-5pm

Carlsbad Village Faire

This is the largest single day street faire in the nation. Hosted by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, over 900 vendors, 50 food booths, and children’s area, this faire will be fun for the entire family. Over 100,000 people are expected to attend this event, therefore Parking may be a struggle. However complimentary shuttles will be offered if you park at Poinsettia Coaster station and the northwest corner of Sears at Westfield Camino Real.

When: Sunday, Nov. 1 from 8am-4pm
Where: Carlsbad Village (Grand Ave. from Carlsbad Blvd to Jefferson St.)
