Rain to Roots is a local San Diego business that creates custom succulent arrangements and even hosts super awesome DIY succulent classes. I recently got to attend a class hosted by the beautiful Alyssa Hartwick, owner of Rains to Roots. Classes vary from arrangements, crowns, macrame, centerpieces, etc. and take place at different locations around San Diego County. I had the chance to attend the Macrame class which was sooo much fun! There was not a lot of people which made it easy to learn and get one on one instructions. The workshop was a couple of hours and I am in LOVE with the end result. During the workshops you are able to order food and drinks at the location where the workshop is being held, my workshop took place at a bar called Bitter Brothers Brewing Co. I then got step by step instructions for my macrame, lastly I was able to personalize my planter by choosing from the succulents provided by Alyssa. It was great to see everyones finished project! These DIY workshops will be great for any date, team building workshops, or even just a fun time with your girlfriends!
